Welcome to Original Gadget. By accessing original-gadget.com or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Original Gadget is an electronics accessories retailer operating under the laws of Bangladesh, based in Sylhet. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Original Gadget sells only genuine, authentic products sourced from authorized distributors and official brand partners.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs upon dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Our Shipping Policy governs delivery terms and timelines. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our Return & Refund Policy sets forth conditions for returns. Electronics are subject to a 3-day inspection window from delivery.

7. WARRANTY
Product warranties are provided by respective manufacturers. Original Gadget facilitates claims as an authorized reseller. Warranty periods vary by brand.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content including text, logos, images, and design is the property of Original Gadget or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
In accordance with Bangladesh law, including the Digital Security Act, you shall not engage in fraud, hacking, impersonation, or dissemination of false or harmful information through our Site.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGINAL GADGET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
