Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order. For manufacturing defects, warranty claims apply as per the brand's warranty terms.
Eligible Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Seal must be unbroken for sealed products (earbuds, smartwatches, cables, etc.)
- No signs of physical damage caused after delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Screen protectors and tempered glass that have been installed
- Items damaged due to misuse, liquid contact, or physical impact after delivery
- Products with broken seals (unless defective upon arrival)
- Final sale or clearance items
Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of returned item
- Refunds issued via original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or COD reversal)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless item is defective or incorrect
- Exchange delivery charges: ৳100 inside Sylhet, ৳150 outside Sylhet
